Tomorrow I am supposed to collect my passport at around 4:30 PM. If possible I’ll register for my IELTS for 25th of February 2006. The exam is not much of a head ache, it doesn’t bother me much. Only fear now I have is about the visa processing; all I can do is keep my fingers crossed. The fright will only abate after I have fulfilled the requisites. I have been asking my father to find about the loan procedure and how long will it take.
All I can say to mellow myself is “It's an ill wind that blows nobody any good.”
I have been talking to my sister over the phone everyday. She has recovered a lot. Her voice is much clearer then what it was before. For the past few days she has been showing signs of short term memory loss. She repeats the same sentence almost every minute. She usually enquires about my friends and what happened to her. Couple of days back my father asked me to lie to her about the accident. The Doctor says that she is showing positive signs of improvement and I feel happy about it. But there are always ifs and buts that worry me when I think about her.
